Our Board of Directors established core values for Casa de Esperanza.

Latina identity is intrinsically linked to family and community. It is who we are. Understanding this identity is the core of Casa de Esperanza's ability to reach, educate, mobilize, and support all Latinas to end domestic violence in our communities.
We believe that Latinas are agents for change.
Casa de Esperanza is committed to driving change and bases its work on data that indicates what most effectively reduces and prevents domestic violence against Latinas.
We are committed to working with diverse partners in order to realize significant impact.
We innovate, stay flexible, assess our progress, and are creative.
Reflection, education, and learning are the keys to our success.
True diversity is paramount, and we demand it from our partners.
We believe violence-free lives are possible and domestic violence can be eliminated.
We believe that violence stems from systems of oppression.
