Crisis Line: 651.772.1611

"Empowering Families" is an expression of Casa de Esperanza's mission. We are providing the supports, resources, and knowledge to combat and reduce domestic violence; we are mobilizing resources--mainstream organizations, attorneys, partner agencies, Latino communities--to support Latinas and put an end to domestic violence.
Each of our initiatives builds social capital by expanding the "web" of access and connections available to Latinas. Latinas are:
- making life-changing connections and building networks of support
- developing relationships with other organizations
- identifying and utilizing their natural support systems-as they create safety plans.
If you wish to contact us about this work . . . write our Family Advocacy Manager at rdelatorre@casadeesperanza.org.

There are many similarities in the crises facing all battered women-regardless of race-but there are also specific issues that Latinas experience.
