Volunteers contribute hundreds of hours each week, working alongside our staff and supporting Casa de Esperanza. Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the work of ending domestic violence by using your talents and skills.
The qualifications for volunteering are:
- a commitment to Casa de Esperanza's mission, philosophy, and code of ethics
- sensitivity toward survivors of domestic violence
- the ability to relate to people of diverse cultures, sexual orientations, income levels, ages, and abilities
Fluency in Spanish and English is required for some volunteer positions. We provide training for all volunteer positions.
